OMS FT-55 Fully Automated Shrink Hooding Machine

The OMS FT-55 Pallet Shrink Hooding Machine is a free-standing gas-fired shrink ring machine which applies heat to shrink-film bags (aka shrink pallet covers) normally applied manually to packs upstream of the machine.

Once the bagged pack is in position, the shrink ring fires and commences the shrinking operation from the base of the pack as it is raised to the top rest position. The FT-55 Pallet Shrink Hooding Machine can be supplied with a hood forming section to form and apply hoods pulled from rolled gusseted film and placed over the packs prior to the shrinking operation.
