StraPack RQ8-CSD
Fully Automated Strapping Machine
Designed specifically for the corrugated industry, the RQ8-CSD squares, bundles and straps at up to 30 bundles/ minute.
It has an adjustable conveyor speed of up to 60 m/min.(196 ft./min.) that allows you to maximize line productivity. The bundles are squared from all four sides and are strapped straight, eliminating additional operator handling at the load building station and improving throughput.
The strapping machine can be pulled out of the whole system, which will make the maintenance easy. And, it can be replaced with the spare machine, which will reduce downtime. Also, the strapping machine itself can be used as the stand-alone RQ-8CR/FR.
