The StraPack SQ-800A is a fully automatic strapping machine with improved speed and quieter operation. This machine is ready to operate in less than 25 seconds, contributing to increased packaging line efficiencies.
There are many functionalities and benefits to the SQ-800A. The anti-jam function is operated with a package on the table, where the strap forms a small loop and is then ejected. The height can be adjusted to 8 positions from floor level. This machine has an automatic energy saving mode, where the machine enters standby mode after 3 minutes.
The tension capability is up to 80kgf (equivalent of 150mm stroke). Unlike many other machines in the market, tension does not compromise the cycle speed. The machine is easy to maintain and self-lubricates, reducing wear and tear whilst increasing operational life.
