High Speed Machines
Our StraPack RQ-7000MV18 Tandem Strapping fully automated machine is ideal for the meat processing industry. It is able to apply two straps simultaneously at high speed, up to 55 straps per minute. It is also slimline so ideal for space saving while achieving a high output, catering to the demands of a fast paced industry.
With the launch of the SQ-800A Fully automatic strapping machine offers both high speed cycle times, up to 55 straps per minute, with the benefits of DC direct drive motors. This machine has already been welcomed by one of the UK’s largest meat processing plants and is assisting in increasing line productivity and increasing OEE.

Constant and Easily Adjustable Tension
We recommend the PKG Savings MPS semi-automatic turntable power stretch wrapping machine for secure protective packaging. The power pre-stretch film carriage enables film to be applied at a constant and easily adjustable tension.
The standard film carriage is 200% stretch, but interchangeable gears are available for a 150% and 250% stretch. This machine is fast, with up to 12 rotations per minute, for a capacity of up to 12 pallets per hour.
