Andrew joined Gordian Strapping in 2010. He started his business life in London, working in sales for a supplier of paper, film, food bags and foil. This was his first introduction to the packaging industry, where he openly admits he has never escaped!  

He brings extensive sales and commercial experience, and still greatly enjoys the energy of every sale. 

Andrew believes Gordian Strapping is a special place to work and a big part of this is down to the business team, as they are strong, committed and he has complete trust in each of them. The nature of Gordian Strapping continues to excite him; the variety of markets, customers and challenges are never the same – it keeps his interest and motivation strong every day. 

In his spare time, Andrew likes to try and stay fit, and enjoys the challenges his wife and two wonderful daughters present on occasions! He loves fish dishes, but will eat pretty much anything. Andrew is not a prolific reader, but has just read ‘Burial Rites’ by Hannah Kent and would recommend this book to anyone.
