Rimstyle decided to invest in a fully-automated stretch wrapping system to package alloys and tyres for dispatch across the UK and Europe.
The TE 1000 R/A II can wrap wheels, tyres and boxes for distribution, quickly, efficiently and economically. Machine parameters are entered via the HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
The machine is highly versatile and operators can choose from a number of programmes to fully or partially wrap products. It can apply film ranging from 15 – 50 micron and has a maximum speed of 120 rev./min. (equivalent of approx. 180-240 packs per hour).
